Bringing Jesus love to the Zaan region

Salam aan de Zaan started with the Arabic meals organised monthly by the White Church in Oostzaan. People living on boats on the Gerritbolkade and Rijshoutweg in Zaandam are invited to these meals. 

God's love motivates the volunteers to organise these monthly meals, followed by an Arabic gathering. During the gathering, everyone sings together and a speaker explains a passage from the Bible. 

The monthly Arabic meal gave rise to the idea and desire to organise more activities to show God's love.

Only the love of Jesus can truly set you free.

The Salam aan de Zaan team consists of four people, supplemented by a larger group of volunteers.

With the Salam aan de Zaan team, we want to develop new ideas and organise activities. 
 

Our desire is to reach every Muslim in the Zaan region with the good news of Jesus. We pray that everyone will accept Jesus as their Saviour and Redeemer.  ​​​​
